Day 1

This is going to be a long one!!
Well, this is the first day to the skinnier me!!! I weighed myself first thing this morning. It wasn't as bad as I feared after all of the Christmas Cookies that I ate!! I love cookies!!! Anyway, I weigh 158 pounds. I am kind of relieved that it wasn't worse than that, but I still have a lot of work to do!!! My ultimate goal is 30 pounds or down to 128 pounds. That is my ideal weight. That is what I weighed before I had The Girl. I was healthy and active way back then!!



I have a pair of 'Skinny Jeans' hanging on my bedroom wall that I want to fit into again. I have inspiration!!!





The Girl and I got up and exercised for 30 minutes today. We did our own thing, push-ups, ball exercises, a little pilates, lunges. I also did our Cardio Glide for 200 reps. I am winded!!! Rick gave me 'My Fitness Coach' for Christmas. I think I will start that today as well!!

Weight: 158 lbs.
Wow! That was hard to admit!! I have a lot of work to do!!!
