Day 2

Guess What...I got up this morning and worked out!!! I am not a morning person, so this is really a big thing for me!! I can not say that I had a lot more energy today, but that could be because it was the first day back to work after over two weeks off!!

Afternoons are the worst for me. I

Breakfast:
Oatmeal, OJ and water

Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
6" Subway

Snack:
cheese/apple

Dinner:
