Guess What...I got up this morning and worked out!!! I am not a morning person, so this is really a big thing for me!! I can not say that I had a lot more energy today, but that could be because it was the first day back to work after over two weeks off!!
Afternoons are the worst for me. I

Getting up to excercise before you left for your first day back to work is huge! That is a great accomplishment.
