Wednesday

It was easier today. I am still having problems with drinking enough water. Oh and the exercise thing.....I have some problems with that too!!! I'll do measurements again Sunday.

Breakfast: 3/4 c Bran Flakes w/ 1% milk
Snack: Med Apple
Lunch: Subway
Dinner: Progresso Soup
Water Intake: 70 oz
