Today was kind of hard. I felt like I could eat all day!!! It all started with two doughnuts this morning. I should start calling in sick on Tuesdays!!! It was all down hill from there. I always eat oatmeal for breakfast and that usually holds me until lunch. Not so much with the doughnuts!!!
Tomorrow is another day!! It will get easier!!!
Rick started running on the treadmill this morning. It really irritates me because he will lose 20 lbs in two weeks and Me, NOTHING!!!!

Cheese stick
1/2 orange

Reg Baja Chicken Sandwich (Quiznos)
Snack:
Trail Mix
Dinner:
Chinese
How am I gonna lose weight eating all of that stuff?

I hate it...when it seems like if I just eat this one little cheat then I will do well the rest of the day and then I just go downhill from there. If I can resist in the first place I am ok but if I give an inch my brain takes a mile. hang in there.
