Day 4

Day 4 has been pretty good.

Exercise: 30 minutes

Breakfast:
Oatmeal

Snack: 1/4 cashews

Lunch:
2 slices Thin crust pizza from Pizza Hut

Snack: cheese and crackers

Dinner: Lean Cuisine

Water: 72oz

Measurements:
Bust: 42"
Waist: 40"
Thigh: 25"
Hips: 41"
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 158 lbs.



I think it is getting easier!!!
